Why can't I find a listing when I do a search?
Probably there are no properties currently available that match your search
criteria. Try adding your property requirements by filling up a simple buy form
with relevant details. Knowing what you're looking for will help you focus your
search and will also help builders, brokers and agents locate your requirement
list and contact you.
What is Property ID Search?
Every property listed on Properties9.com will receive a unique Property ID.
Example: 5. You can search for a property by just entering the
Property ID.
Do I need to be a member to search your site?
Search is FREE. Anyone can search for property listings on our site, but only
registered members can add their property listings for everyone to see.
I do not like any of the properties that are listed in the
search result. Is there any other way I can look for a property?
There are many ways to search for a property. You can search through Quick
Search, Advanced Search or Property ID Search. But if you are looking for a
particular type of property "Advanced Search" is the best way to search for it.
Another way of locating your dream property is to fill in a "Buy Form" that
clearly puts down all your requirements. This will be seen by builders, brokers
and agents who will contact you when they have a property for sale that matches
your requirement.
Add/edit a property
What's the procedure to list my property for sale or rent
on your site?
To begin with you must first register yourself on Properties9.Com. Once you are
a registered member you will have the opportunity to list your property for
sale or rent. Listing is done by filling up a simple form that takes only a few
minutes. Enter all the details of your property in the form and add property
photos if you wish. After you add your details, it will be sent for validation,
which is usually completed within 24 hours. All postings by members are sent
for validation to ensure only necessary information is posted. After your
property listing is validated, it will be visible for everyone to see.
How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, login to "My Property" page. In that page there will be a
link "Modify Profile" .Click on the link to modify and edit your profile. After
you finish editing your profile click on the update button. Your information
will be sent for validation before it is available for everyone to see.
How do I edit my property profile?
To edit your property, login to "My Property" page. In that page all the
properties you've added will be listed below and each property listing will
have an edit, delete and hide button. Click on the edit button to edit your
property. Once the modifications to your property have been done, click on the
save changes button. Your information will be sent for validation before it is
available for everyone to see.
Can I upload my logo with my listing?
You can upload your logo only if you are a Corporate, Agent or Builder.
You have the provision of uploading your logo at the time of registration or
later if you wish.
I have just posted my property, why does it not appear in
the search results?
When you post your property the first time it will not appear immediately in
the search results. Properties posted by every member will undergo validation
and screened for junk text, inappropriate photos and other discrepancies before
it is put up for everyone to see. Validation is usually completed within 24
hours after which it will appear in the search results.

Add Property Photos
How do I upload photos?
We allow you to upload up to 5 property images. This can include 3 actual
property pictures, 1 floor plan and 1 location map.
While you are submitting your property details there is a provision for you to
upload your property photos. Browse through your system and select the property
photos you want to add and click the upload button.
You can also e-mail your property photographs or send your property photographs
by post. We will upload them for free.
How do I change my default photo?
In your property listing page below the thumbnail view of your property
photograph there is a link "Edit photo" Clicking on the link will lead you to
the photo edit page. In that page click on the "Upload Main Photo" link to
change your default photo.

How do I "feature" my property?
To feature your property on our homepage, mail your request to
info@Properties9.com or call us for more information.
What is the "Add to my favourites" feature?
"Add to my favourites" feature allows you to save certain properties that
interest you in a certain location where you can view all of them together.
While doing a search you can add a property to your favourites. In the search
results page under a property listing, select the property you wish to add and
click on the "Add to Favourites" button.
I like a property and would like to save this information
for later, how do I do it?
While doing a search if you find an interesting property, click on the "Add to
favourites" link to save this information for future use.
My friend would be interested in a property I found, how
do I let him know about it?
Know someone who maybe interested in a property you are viewing. You can
forward the details of the property to them. Click on the "Send to friend" link
displayed below the property listing to send the property details to them.
Why isn't my property getting responses, what can I do to
increase the responses I get?
Here is a list of recommended things to do to get more response for your

Login to www.Properties9.com with your username and password. Click on your
properties to sell link or your buy requirements list your Property ID will be
displayed above each property listing posted by you.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the login page and enter your e-mail
address you used at the time of registration. Click "Get Password" button. Your
password will be mailed to you immediately.
